These General Terms and Conditions govern the terms under which Roundkey, Lda. (trading as WedBox Studio), a company with Tax/Corporate ID (NIF/NIPC) PT516359363, registered office at Rua do Pombal, Nº 90 R/C Dtº, 2645-074 Cascais, Portugal (hereinafter “WedBox Studio”), operates.

WedBox Studio’s service consists of making available and supplying a range of products and/or services, enabling the user — who is granted the status of customer — to order and/or purchase online the products presented on the site.

Use of WedBox Studio implies full acceptance of and agreement with all the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy in force at the time you access WedBox Studio.

If you do not accept, in part or in full, any of the conditions set out here, you should not make purchases on WedBox Studio. By accessing WedBox Studio, you undertake and agree to comply with the conditions set out on this page and in the Privacy Policy.

WedBox Studio reserves the right to update and amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. You are advised to check the Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes or updates.

Product Information and Pricing

WedBox Studio informs customers of the characteristics, descriptions, images, or videos of each product and/or service on each page provided. WedBox Studio undertakes to present its products and/or services clearly and to correct any errors that may occur as promptly as possible.

WedBox Studio clearly states the price of each product and/or service, including VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the prices shown.

Information about products, prices, content, images, videos, promotional campaigns, and services may be updated and changed by WedBox Studio at any time.

Intellectual Property

WedBox Studio is a registered online store, with the service provided under the responsibility of Roundkey, Lda.

The content, domain, and information present and made available on WedBox Studio are the property of Roundkey, Lda, or have been licensed to it, and are therefore protected by copyright and related rights. Any use, reproduction, copying, or disclosure of visual, audiovisual, or written content is subject to prior approval by WedBox Studio.

The customer undertakes to fully respect the aforementioned conditions and rights, and to refrain from any acts that may violate the law or rights such as copyright, related rights, or other applicable legislation concerning the use of images, videos, content, etc., without WedBox Studio’s express approval. WedBox Studio cannot be held liable for any improper use of such products.

Payment Methods

WedBox Studio offers the following payment methods:

Once payment has been confirmed, WedBox Studio will send a confirmation email informing the customer that their order has been paid, along with the corresponding invoice. Each WedBox box is an exclusive piece, handmade and personalized for each customer. As such, production will only begin once payment has been confirmed.

Purchase Conditions

Product Availability

All products and/or services available on WedBox Studio may be purchased, except in cases of stock shortages or limitations, as well as made-to-order products, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice; in such cases, WedBox Studio will identify them accordingly.

Should a product become unavailable after a purchase has been completed, WedBox Studio undertakes to contact the customer by phone or email as soon as possible, in order to resolve the matter promptly.

Fees and Taxes

Prices shown on WedBox Studio are in EUROS and include VAT and taxes in accordance with applicable law.

Order Cancellation

The customer may cancel an order as long as production of the corresponding box has not yet begun. In such cases, please notify WedBox Studio by email at: ana.cova@wedboxstudio.com.

Each WedBox box is an exclusive piece, handmade and personalized for each customer; therefore, if a cancellation request is made after production has begun, WedBox will not be able to accept the cancellation.

WedBox Studio reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of inconsistent data, fraud, or misconduct on the part of the customer, as well as for technical issues beyond WedBox Studio’s control.

Governing Law – Jurisdiction

This contract is governed by Portuguese law and applicable legislation.
